Money back in 5-7 days

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all Premium subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with KaalMatrix within the first 7 days of your subscription, you can request a full refund.

To be eligible for a refund: your request must be made within 7 days of purchase, you must not have violated our Terms of Service, and this must be your first refund request for the account.

To request a refund, email support@kaalmatrix.com with your account email and reason for the refund. Our team will review your request within 2 business days and process approved refunds promptly.

Free plan usage, individual report purchases after 7 days, and subscriptions renewed after the initial 7-day window are not eligible for refunds. Partial month refunds are not available for cancelled subscriptions.

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
